Madidi, in the upper Amazon basin of Bolivia, is the Bolivian National Park with the highest biodiversity. With 18,958 km2, it goes from the Andean mountains covered with glaciers to the tropical rainforest of the Tuichi River: this paradise offers a complete and incredible jungle experience.

During this tour passenger appreciate all the beauties of this natural and bio-diverse park offers, such as seeing a jaguar or feeling the scent of all the variety of flowers existing in the place, or listening to the squeaks of more than 1000 species of birds and great variety of species and plants, camping in the jungle or rafting.

Program:

DAY 1: The excursion begins at 8:30 am, aboard a motorized boat to cross the Beni and Tuichi rivers. During the trip you learn about the community and their lifestyle of the jungle all through an extraordinary landscape. Arrival to Mashaquipe Eco lodge, welcome drink, briefing and accommodation. In the afternoon, time for a walk along paths designed for the observation of animals, such as monkeys and mountain pigs. Dinner and rest.

DAY 2: Breakfast, 4-hour hike into the jungle to Arenalito (camping area). Lunch and free time. Afternoon walk to observe birds; Amazing activity through the landscape and the sounds of the jungle are phenomenal. Return to the camp for dinner, and then a walk to see armadillos, snakes, monkeys, tapirs and nocturnal birds.

DAY 3: The day starts at 5:00 am to enjoy the sunrise in the jungle. Breakfast and rafting on the river for which a raft of log water is built and rafting on the river for approximately 2 hours to Mashaquipe Ecolodge for lunch (Travelers who do not wish to participate can go on the motor boat). Return to Rurrenabaque at around 4:00 p.m.
